R&M DX RIDE SHOOTER

Bandai released Masked Rider Ryuki DX Ride Shooter in 2002 as part of Masked Rider R&M (Riders and Monsters) toys line. The bike was release as a Popynica toy and was fully compatible with the R&M line of action-figures released for Ryuki series. Since R&M line was done in the same scale as SH series, the DX Ride Shooter also now "forward" compatible with the 2004 Souchaku Henshin Ryuki figures. With Bandai-Asia reissued R&M series for Hong Kong and Asia markets in 2004, the Rider Shooter can be found at very reasonable price and perfect for the Chogokin Souchaku Henshin series. 

The DX Ride Shooter was the only bike to appear in Ryuki series. (Unless you also counted the Darkrider and Dragranzer monsters that could transform into bikes for Survive Ryuki and Survive Knight). The Riders in Ryuki used the Ride Shooter mainly for entering into the Mirror World and sometimes it was used to chase down the monster and also occasionally ran them over. The bike design like the rest of the series was very controversial and big departure from typical Masked Rider Machines. The bike had the futuristic Syd Mead look and look like it belong more in Sentai series than Kamen Rider. If you can overlook this factor, however, this was one beautiful looking Popynica machine with solid die-cast frame and nicely finished clear smoke canopy with silver frame. The bike although originally made for R&M line of figures, worked perfectly with the Souchaku Henshin Chogokin Ryuki series. The bike did not have much feature other than the spring loaded canopy and "hydraulic" seat that raised when you open the windshield. The Rider Shooter while not very Masked Rider-like made a very nice addition to SH Ryuki collection.
